Andrew Stain author of the Keep It Simple series answers his readers’ questions. One reader asks at present I can only start a micro business – does not require anything special?
Dear reader many thanks for the question it is certainly very appropriate at this point in time. Many of my readers are looking at micro businesses as their entry into the world of entrepreneurship.
While a micro business does not have all of the aspects that we talk about in our guides the overall structure and business approach are still relevant. It is still absolutely essential to have a plan and to write that plan down so that you have a document to follow and review as the business proceeds.
Likewise, a marketing plan is a key element – again something that needs to be written down and reviewed as you grow. The key to any business micro or macro is planning and having a clear vision on where you want to be and how you will get there. Our easy-to-read guides will certainly assist you with that task.
